GENDER EQUALITY IS NOT POSSIBLE.

 WHAT IS EQUALITY?

  As per my opinion equality is being equal in all dimensions.

WHAT DIMENSIONS?

 There are various dimensions in our life for being equals for instance, physical dimensions, cultural dimensions, opportunity dimensions, decision making dimensions, etc.

 

SHOULD WE TREAT EVERYONE EQUALLY?

   Not always. It depends on dimensions.

 Why the gestures and posture given by nature is different for men and women? Why the physical capabilities of men and women are different? If nature made us different then why should we treat men and women equally? We know the feelings of men and women are different so why should we treat them equally? So as per my opinion we should not treat men and women equally always.

 

WHEN WE SHOULD NOT TREAT THEM EQUALLY?

 Are they equally physically capable? Not always, generally we have seen that females are less physically capable then male. So, we can differentiate them on the basis of gender. If both are employed in same physical work we can differentiate in wages also depends on their capabilities. So why should we treat them equally?

 We have seen that women are generally attractive and can distract common man easily. This can lead to decrease in productivity some times. So, limitation on dresses or separation of working area also required. Here we can’t treat men and women equally. In some cases, reverse thing also possible.

 Same like above point, we have seen that some profession requires beauty of women to attract customers so we have to employ females. Here also we have to treat them unequally.

 

WHEN WE SHOULD TREAT THEM EQUALLY?

 Are these dimensions required in education? No, everyone can take education so, for academic dimensions men and women must be treated equally.

  Can these differences create hinderance in decision making? No decision making depends on their education and intelligence then why should we distinguish them on basis of gender.

 Are these differences make them less creative? Not at all, we also can’t separate them on the basis of gender in this dimension.

 

If we talk about transgender(others) so we have to take decision on the basis of their capability and nature of their gender.

 

SO GENDER EQUALLYTY IN ALL DIMENSIONS IS RUBBISH THING, WE SHOULD NOT TREAT MEN AND WOMEN EQUALLY ALWAYS. BOTH HAVE THEIR LIMITATIONS AND THEY KNOW THAT. SO, TAKE RATIONAL DECISION ALWAYS. NATURE IS ALWAYS SUPREME.
